Beginners Course
Starting Friday 12th June, there will be a 4 week beginners course.
This will be a relaxed and friendly space designed especially for anyone completely new to yoga to come and learn the foundations in a supportive environment.
Over the 4 weeks we’ll explore:
Finding a comfortable seated posture
Simple breath work techniques
Classic standing and seated poses
Breaking down Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara).
The aim is to help build your confidence, whether that’s joining regular yoga classes or beginning a small practice of your own at home.
