Tuesday evening yoga near Tranent
Our two Tuesday sessions offer different ways to spend an evening. Choose by the practice you want, as well as the start time.
Ashtanga · 18:00–19:00
£10 · Some yoga experience recommended
A more active class working through standing, seated and closing postures from the Ashtanga sequence. Vanessa encourages adaptations and props where helpful; you do not need to know the sequence by heart.
Deep Rest · 19:15–20:15
£10 · A quieter, floor-based practice
Restorative yoga and accessible breathwork, finishing with guided Yoga Nidra. A choice for those looking for time to slow down rather than a dynamic class.
Prefer a morning or afternoon class?
A gentle start
Try Gentle Yoga Flow, Monday 10:00–11:00, or Morning Yoga Gently, Wednesday 10:15–11:15. Both welcome beginners and people returning to yoga.
Support from a chair
Wednesday 11:45–12:30 is our gentler Chair Yoga class. Friday 11:00–11:45 focuses more on strength and balance, with supported standing available.
Flow or restore
Vinyasa, Friday 09:30–10:30, is a more energising option for people with some experience. Yin and Restore, Monday 16:00–17:00, offers a slower practice with props.
Hour-long group classes cost £10; 45-minute chair yoga classes cost £8. Check the booking calendar for available dates.
